We’re Going Digital! Class Manager - A New Parent Portal System
To make things much easier and clearer for parents, I have implemented a new system called ‘Class Manager’. Every parent will have a portal within ‘Class Manager’ that will contain all of your details, class dates and times, invoicing and more. You will also be able to book or amend trials for other classes, all just at a touch of a button. This will also drastically cut my admin workload so I can concentrate on the things that matter, not to mention going paperless!
You will all be sent an invitation to login to your portal. Please login and ensure all of the details are correct. Please keep an eye out for the portal invitation email.
Class Fees & Direct Debit Payment Method
From January 2023 we will have a new and much more simple pricing structure in place. I am so sorry to say that I am unable to absorb any more hall fee, insurance and fuel cost increases so there will be a small price increase for our classes, but to make this more affordable and easier for budgeting we will be moving to a monthly direct debit payment system instead of half termly payments. So not only will you know exactly how much is owed and when, you won’t have to think about manually sending the payment - one less thing to worry about!
There will be 39 teaching weeks per year in line with the Buckinghamshire School Term Dates and the cost of those classes will be split across 12 months. An invoice will be sent around the 15th of each month and will be due on the 1st of the following month via Direct Debit.
I will send you an invitation to set up your Direct Debit, it is very simple and takes just a couple of minutes. If your child will be returning to classes in January, the direct debit must be set up by 15th December, however no money will be taken until 1st January. You will be sent your invoice and have plenty of time to ask any questions. See below for more information on setting up your direct debit.
New Class Prices:
60 minute classes = £25 per month
45 minute classes = £21 per month
30 minute classes = £16 per month
How to pay: Monthly Direct Debit via ‘Go Cardless’
You only need to set up payment once - I will send you a link via email to an online form to create your Direct Debit. And, unless you change bank accounts, you won’t ever need to update your payment details.

Your payment is protected by the UK Direct Debit Guarantee meaning you have the right to cancel at any time. We will still require 4 weeks notice for cancellation of classes.
With Go Cardless, you are notified of any payment coming out in advance, so if you have anything to dispute, you have time to do so.
