Day 2 - Stretching

As you all know, I love yoga and integrate much of this into my class warm ups throughout all ages. So today, step away from those work books and laptops and take some time to stretch away your worries.

It's so important to keep moving during the day, so by giving some of these stretches a go, you'll dust off those cobwebs, refocus the mind and energise your body. They're suitable for any age or ability and are designed to allow you to reach where you feel comfortable, or push yourself a little further if you wish.

Don't forget to use your breath whilst stretching. Take a deep breath in and exhale as you relax into your stretch.
