Creative arts teaches children fundamental and transferable skills that they can use for life, whilst giving them the ability to express themselves and find their identities - even for those with no interest in pursuing any creative art as a career or hobby.
I’m lucky enough to be teaching dance within primary schools, which is something that wasn’t available when I was their age.
